Arvindh Prakash Ayyaswamy

Arvindh Prakash Ayyaswamy currently serves as the India Lead / Director for the Global Workplace and Infrastructure team at Applied Materials, overseeing real estate strategy, transactions, projects, design, and facilities across India since September 2023. Previously, Arvindh held the position of Sr. Real Estate & Facilities Portfolio Manager at Microsoft from April 2014 to September 2023, managing extensive real estate portfolios and leading integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes strategic real estate planning at Intel Corporation, production management at GE Healthcare, and project engineering at Soliton Technologies. Arvindh holds Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University and Kumaraguru College of Technology.
