Megan Rossignol

Megan Rossignol, CISR, currently serves as a Customer Implementation Specialist at Applied Systems since July 2023. Prior to this role, Megan worked as an Implementation Specialist for Newpoint Resources LLC, where contributions included managing a company-wide data system conversion project and collaborating with various teams to enhance conversion processes. During an extensive tenure at Canandaigua Insurance Agency from 2005 to 2022, Megan held the position of Operations Manager, focusing on customer service and the development of agency procedures, while maintaining both NY Broker's and Agent licenses alongside a CISR designation obtained in 2014. Earlier experience includes roles at The Alliance Group of WNY, Niagara Insurance Agency, and Pinnacle Insurance Agency, where responsibilities spanned customer service, claims management, and office management. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Buffalo State University.
