Jarrod Scuglik

Jarrod Scuglik has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Jarrod began their career in 2005 as an Analyst Investment Banking in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector at JPMorgan. Jarrod then moved to Equity Capital Markets in the same company in the same sector as an Associate. In 2010, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President Investment Banking, specializing in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging sector. During this time, they were a lead member on the transaction team for AvalonBay's $6.5bn acquisition of Archstone and $2.2bn equity offering. In 2012, they co-founded CrossFit 414, where they consulted on all aspects of the start-up process, including legal structure, construction, marketing, business development initiatives, corporate and community outreach and overall growth strategy. Jarrod is currently a strategic advisor to business development initiatives at CrossFit 414. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of SPIRE Fitness, a boutique fitness studio offering indoor cycling, indoor rowing and yoga. In 2016, they joined New Lab as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Finally, in 2019, they joined Applied XL as the Chief Financial Officer.

Jarrod Scuglik obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California between 2001 and 2005.
