Imran Carrim has worked in the customer success and sales industries since 2012. In 2012, they began working as a Senior Retail Consultant and Tech Advisor at Vodafone, one of the largest telecommunication companies in the Middle East. Imran then moved to GE Transportation, a Wabtec company, in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Technical Sales Specialist and Technical Sales Specialist. In 2017, they became a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at hSenid Mobile Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. Their current role is Customer Success Team Lead at Applova Inc., a position they have held since 2020.

Imran Carrim has an education history that includes a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing (2018-2020), a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing (2010-2011), and a Diploma in Computing and Information Technology from the London Business School (2008-2009).
