Corinne Pelote has worked for various companies in the technology industry since 1986. Corinne started as an SQA developer at Banner Blue Software. Later, they worked as a student assistant at CSUH Electron Microscope Laboratory and a software test engineer at MadeToOrder.com. In 2001, they started working at Oracle as a QA developer and moved up to become a QA manager, which they continued until 2006. Corinne briefly worked as a test lead (manager) at Microsoft until they moved back to Oracle to resume their role as QA manager from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were a QA manager at BEA. Then, they worked at Oracle again as a senior QA manager from 2008 to 2012 and as a senior release/program manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to Kaseya as a technical program manager until September of that year. In October 2015, they started working at Menlo Security Inc. as a technical program manager, where they stayed until May 2023. During their time there, they also held roles as program management director/security chief of staff. Since June 2023, they have been a FedRAMP program manager at AppOmni.

Corinne Pelote obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at California State University - East Bay from 1993 to 1995. In 2022, they also obtained a Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA.
