Sydney Bocik

Sydney Bocik has held a variety of roles since 2014. Sydney began their career as a Hostess/Server at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in 2014. After that, they worked as a Server at Salerno's Pizzeria and Sports Bar from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they also held roles as a Student Assistant at Enrollment Processing Center and a Receptionist at Dickey Health and Wellness Center at the University of Tampa. In 2018, they also worked as a Server at Delaware North. In 2019, they held roles as a File Clerk & Receptionist at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., a Product Specialist at AppraisalVision, and an Executive Assistant at AppraisalVision. Sydney also held the role of Excelsior Founder & Coordinator - Non-Profit at Excelsior Initiative from 2016 to 2019.

Sydney Bocik is currently pursuing an Executive Masters of Science in Business Analytics and Information Systems at the University of South Florida, beginning in 2021. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Finance, French, and International Studies from the University of Tampa in 2019. In 2018, they participated in a Study Abroad Program in Aix-en-Provence, France, taking French Cultural Classes. Sydney also took Online Business Education Courses at College of DuPage and Hillsborough Community College. Additionally, Sydney has obtained numerous certifications in the past few years, including DS101: Introduction to Apache Cassandra and DS201: Foundations of Apache Cassandra and DataStax from DataStax, Performance Management and Software Design: Modeling with UML from LinkedIn, BMC's Core Concepts from Bloomberg LP, PADI Open Water Diver from Lyons Township High School District 204, Microsoft Office Software (MOS) Certified from Lyons Township High School District 204, and Agile Software Development, Database Management Essentials, Engineering Practices for Building Quality Software, Lean Software Development, Software Development Lifecycle, C++ Programming, and Software Development Processes and Methodologies from the University of Minnesota.
