Erica Binder

Erica Binder currently serves as the Senior Director of Services Delivery & Engagement at Apptio, an IBM Company, since September 2021, and previously held the role of Director of Services Sales. From March 2016 to September 2021, Erica was the Director of Services for North America at Hexagon PPM, overseeing the EcoSys line of business. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Consulting Operations at TriZetto Healthcare Products, where responsibilities included managing the Resource Management Office for a large global consulting organization. Earlier in Erica's career, the role of Executive Manager at Target involved comprehensive oversight of location P&L and operational processes. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
