Gian de Guzman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gian started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2011, where they held roles such as Technology Consultant, Resource Manager, and Asia Shift Lead. Gian also served as a Business Intelligence and Consumer Solutions SME and the P&G Asia Market Measurements SPOC during their time at the company. In 2014, they joined Teradata Marketing Applications as an Application Consultant in both Customer Interaction Manager and Marketing Operations. Gian then moved on to Mapp Digital in 2016, where they worked as an Assistant Project Lead, Project Lead, and Customer Advocacy Manager. Most recently, they worked at Aprimo as a Technical Support Specialist, and they are currently serving as the Technical Support Team Lead.
Gian de Guzman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from the University of Santo Tomas from 2007 to 2011. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Google Analytics for Beginners and Advanced Google Analytics from Google. In 2020, they obtained a Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
