Aleksandra Lalova

Aleksandra Lalova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aleksandra is currently the Director of Operations EMEA at APsystems Solar since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Waldom Electronics EMEA, where they held multiple roles. From August 2018 to August 2021, they were the Sales Operations Manager, responsible for managing and improving operational excellence and the sales team. Aleksandra also led improvements in processes and cost reduction while driving quality customer experience. From August 2017 to July 2018, they served as the Regional Team Lead, focusing on cost optimization, process improvements, and providing support and encouragement to the team. From October 2016 to August 2017, they worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, delivering excellent customer support and managing various customer requests.

Prior to their role at Waldom Electronics EMEA, Aleksandra Lalova worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Amadi Hotels from July 2014 to October 2016, and as an Account Manager at LIVING CAPITAL from June 2013 to June 2014.

Aleksandra Lalova completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Utrecht University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Luiss Guido Carli University from 2009 to 2010. Further educational certifications include completing a Leadership Principles course from Harvard Business School in April 2020, as well as a QMS Lead Auditor Training course (ISO 9001:2008) from TRANS TRAININGS LIMITED in July 2011.
