Soumya Basavaraj has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Soumya currently works as a Lead Instructional Designer at Aptara since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions from September 2019 to December 2020. Soumya also worked as a Manager of Learning and Development at Mercedes Benz Research and Development, India from December 2010 to September 2019. Soumya started their career as a Technical Analyst at Affiliated Computer Services from November 2007 to November 2010. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Symphony Marketing Solutions from March 2006 to February 2007.

Soumya Basavaraj completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Economics from Christ University, Bangalore, from 2002 to 2005.
