Jim Belcastro

Jim Belcastro, CHMM, TRUE Advisor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jim currently serves as the Client Program Director at APTIM since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at US Ecology, Inc. as the Senior Account Executive, Environmental Services from October 2020 to April 2022 and as the Business Manager from March 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining US Ecology, Inc., Jim worked at Lystek International Inc. as the Business Development Director, Northeast from December 2018 to March 2019, and as the Business Development Manager Eastern USA from July 2015 to December 2018.

In their earlier career, they served as an Account Executive at US Ecology, Inc. from April 2010 to July 2015. Before that, they worked at EQ-The Environmental Quality Company as a Project Manager from August 2008 to April 2010, and as a Field Services Manager from August 2007 to August 2008.

Jim also gained experience as a Technical Accounts Manager at Clean Venture, Inc. from October 2006 to August 2007, and as a Project Manager at Veolia from 2002 to 2006.

Jim Belcastro, CHMM, TRUE Advisor holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Connecticut in 2000. Jim also holds a High School Degree from Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1996. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in various areas such as Game Theory, Innovation Fundamentals, and Strategy implementation.
