Richard Morgan

Richard Morgan has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Richard is currently the Director of Software Engineering at aptitude LLC, where they lead a team of engineers in revitalizing a neglected business domain. Richard has upgraded the codebase, migrated to GraphQL, and transitioned from AngularJS to Angular and AG Grid. Richard also led the design of a new data model that significantly improved performance and delivery of new business capabilities.

Prior to their current role, Richard worked as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Front-End Developer at aptitude LLC. Richard was responsible for building and managing software engineering teams, as well as upgrading technology and improving performance.

Richard has also worked as a Software Development Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Senior Software Engineer at Romney for President, and as a Candidate for U.S. Congress.
