Melissa Walls

Melissa Walls has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Melissa currently works at AquaQ Analytics as a Software Engineer since August 2020. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Marketing and Events Executive at Crumlin Road Gaol Visitor Attraction & Conference Centre from July 2016 to August 2020. Their responsibilities included managing marketing activities and building brand awareness for three well-known tourist attractions in Northern Ireland.

Before their role at Crumlin Road Gaol, Melissa worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Balloo Hire Centres Ltd from July 2014 to July 2016. Melissa was responsible for providing specialist tool and plant hire services across Northern Ireland.

Melissa also gained experience as a Keyholder at M&Co from September 2012 to July 2014, as a Branch Retail Manager at Barnardo's from October 2013 to April 2014, as an Intern at MF Communication from June 2013 to August 2013, and as a Commercial Assistant at Odyssey Arena from September 2011 to July 2012. Overall, Melissa has demonstrated proficiency in marketing, event management, sales, and retail throughout their work experience.

Melissa Walls attended Ulster University from 2009 to 2013 and received a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Communication, Advertising, and Marketing. Before that, they attended St. Colm's High School in Draperstown from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained 9 GCSEs with grades ranging from A* to B. Later, Melissa pursued an Advanced Diploma in Business Management at Ulster University from 2014 to 2015.
