Wendy Smith is a Senior Information Developer with extensive experience in creating and managing documentation across various sectors, including technology and finance. Currently employed at Aquent since January 2022, Wendy utilizes Microsoft Visual Studio and GitHub to develop public documentation for a multinational technology corporation, focusing on customer data platforms and mixed reality applications. Prior to this role, Wendy served in multiple positions at Aquent Studios, where responsibilities included leading projects and collaborating on the development of a help portal for a financial client. Wendy has also worked as a self-employed Senior Technical Writer and Trainer from 2006 to 2009, and at IBM Global Services from 1999 to 2006, where significant contributions included saving costs and enhancing training programs at Blockbuster.
