Martyna Malinowska, FRM, is an accomplished finance and product management professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including fintech, banking, and consulting. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at GajiGesa Indonesia, Martyna leads product management for the country's largest financial wellness platform for employees. Martyna also advises AQUILA.is on reducing costs and risks related to ESG KPIs. Previous roles include Product Lead at SC Ventures, Product Director at LenddoEFL, and various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on market analysis and risk control in Southeast Asia. Martyna's entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified by co-founding Shareartistry and contributing to the MICRA Foundation. Martyna holds a MSc in Finance and Investment from Nottingham University Business School and a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
