Dylan Fiedler has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Lead Engineer at ar.io since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from June 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining ar.io, Dylan worked at Tempus Labs, Inc. from December 2019 to June 2022. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineer in Cloud Architecture, where they supported the implementation of observability tools and assisted in workload migrations. Dylan also worked as a Senior Software Engineer in Orchestration, where they extended and hardened the clinical pipeline and contributed to the migration of bioinformatics workloads.

From October 2018 to December 2019, Dylan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Uptake, where they rebuilt a customer-facing web application and supported various CI/CD pipelines.

Prior to Uptake, Dylan gained valuable experience at GE Healthcare, where they served as a Software Architect in Customer Experience from February to October 2018. Dylan also worked as a Full-Stack Software Engineer and a Mobile Developer under GE Healthcare's Development Technology Leadership Program. Dylan's role as a Program Manager involved supporting the retirement and migration of legacy applications.

Dylan also has experience as an iOS Developer at XOR Developers from July 2016 to July 2018, where they designed, developed, and supported two iOS applications.

Additionally, Dylan gained early experience as a Trading Assistant Intern at WSP Commodity Trading, LLC, where they learned about options trading and hedging strategies.

Throughout their career, Dylan Fiedler has showcased expertise in software engineering, cloud architecture, full-stack development, and project management.

Dylan Fiedler completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which started in 2011 and ended in 2016. Alongside their computer science major, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, starting in 2011 and completing it in 2015. In 2014, Dylan attended the Copenhagen Business School for a short duration to study International Finance, although they did not obtain a degree from there.

In addition to their formal education, Dylan Fiedler also obtained certifications in the field of cloud computing. Dylan earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2021, and prior to that, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification in June 2020.
