John Erickson is an accomplished culinary professional with a distinguished background as a former CIA-trained Executive Chef. They began their career in high-end hotels and country clubs in New York and served as the Executive Chef at Shea Stadium before advancing to Division Manager at Aramark. John later joined Centerplate, Inc., where they held various leadership roles, culminating in their current position as Vice President overseeing the Jacob K. Javits Center and additional accounts in the New York region. With a strong focus on operational excellence, relationship-building, and team motivation, John consistently drives exceptional guest experiences and notable sales growth. They are currently pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America.
