Felipe Ojeda Silva

Felipe Ojeda Silva has a diverse range of work experience. Felipe most recently worked at ARAUCO as the Head of Agile IT starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were with BancoEstado from 2017 to 2020, where they held the role of IT Delivery Manager and later became an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master, leading the implementation of agility in the bank's digital transformation. Before BancoEstado, Felipe worked at Banco Bci as a Technical Lead and IT Project Manager from 2015 to 2017. Felipe also has experience at Easy S.A. as a Project Lead IT from 2014 to 2015, Cencosud S.A. as a Project Lead IT from 2013 to 2014, Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Project Module Leader from 2012 to 2013, and PepsiCo as an Engineering Intern in 2011.
