Manuel Balzer has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Manuel began their career at Disneyland Paris as a Shift Leader in Marketing, Sales, Entertainment, Merchandise, F&B & Operations. Manuel then moved to Microsoft/Vendor Sitel in 2005, where they were a Sales Team & Key Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Dell as a Field Sales Account Executive for Software & Software Asset Management. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Salesforce.com as a Manager for Sales Representatives Unit DACH, BeNeLux, Emerging Markets & Southern Europe. Manuel then moved to Webhelp in 2017, where they held the roles of Advisor and Sales Manager EMEA. In 2019, they joined both Wallbox Chargers as Head Of Mid Market Sales EMEA and TrekkSoft as Director of Sales EMEA. Finally, in 2021, they became the Managing Director of Juice Iberia S.L. at Juice Technology AG, and in 2023 they began their current role as Account Executive EMEA at The Arbinger Institute.

Manuel Balzer has a diverse education history. In 1997-1999, they obtained a vocational diploma in Economics/Administration from Berufliche Schulen Kirchhain. From 2002-2006, they obtained a Dipl.Mgmt in Management from The Open University. In 2015-2016, they obtained a Certificate in Selling in a Digital Age from Dale Carnegie Training. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Stand Up Comedy from The Gaiety School of Acting The National Theatre School of Ireland.
