Chelsea is a former Attendance Lead and Child Protection Officer at a secondary school in Leeds. She has had a variety of roles in secondary schools therefore she knows firsthand the challenges that members of staff in the school are facing. She is passionate about improving the workloads of school staff and thus improving the quality of education that children are receiving.
