Jelena Filipović

Jelena graduated from Belgrade University, Department of Psychology in 2011. She continued her education in the area of psychotherapy but then fell in love with HR and stayed there ever since. She had been working as a Recruitment Consultant for 5 years in different industries, after which she moved to the People Development team in an IT company and stayed there for the next 2 years.
