Sophie was born and bred in Leeds, entering the world of recruitment with Leeds City College where she had her first taste of the education sector. She has worked in both the UK and Australia and is a passionate traveler, having ticked off Southeast Asia, China, Borneo, Australia, New Zealand, and Bali to name but a few.
