Sr Combustion Engineer | Founding Team Member at Arbor Energy

Brandon M. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Brandon started their career as a Peer Tutor and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of South Florida in 2008. Brandon then worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Custom Manufacturing & Engineering in 2010. In 2011, they joined the Society of Automotive Engineers at USF as a Drivetrain Lead, Treasurer, and Student Engineer.

Starting in 2013, Brandon worked at Parametric Solutions, Inc. as a Sr Mechanical Engineer, specializing in combustor and gas turbine hardware development, testing, and systems integration. Brandon worked on various projects, including as the lead combustion analyst for a 300 bar Syngas oxy-fuel supercritical CO2 combustor for the Department of Energy. Brandon remained with the company until 2021.

In 2021, Brandon joined SpinLaunch as a Test Development Engineer. After one year, they moved to ABL Space Systems as a Propulsion Engineer - Engine Test Responsible Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Sr Combustion Engineer and founding team member at Arbor.

Brandon's work experience demonstrates a strong background in engineering, particularly in the fields of propulsion, combustion, and gas turbine systems.

Brandon M. holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2011. Both of their degrees focus on the field of Mechanical Engineering.
