Grant Niccum has a diverse professional background with experience in various engineering roles. Grant began their career as a Subsea Engineering Intern at Chevron in 2010 before transitioning to a Subsea Intervention Engineer role with the same company in 2011. In 2012, Grant joined Process Consulting Services as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for field evaluation, process design, and troubleshooting operations for refinery process units. Grant worked on projects involving distillation-intensive units and engaged with customers globally. Grant then joined SpaceX in 2021 as a Sr. Propulsion Engineer, contributing to the development of cryogenic propellants for the Starship program. Grant'sresponsibilities included project management, process engineering, and vendor engagement for a new propellant generation unit. In 2023, Grant joined Arbor as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where they currently hold a position.
