Teddy Whittemore

Teddy Whittemore boasts extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice President of FHA Production at Arbor Realty Trust since April 2017. Prior roles at Arbor Realty Trust include AVP, Production Manager, Senior Underwriter, and Underwriter. Prior to this, Teddy held the position of Senior Account Representative at Kriss Law/Atlantic Closing & Escrow from January 2015 to January 2017. Teddy also spent several years at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, starting as an Analyst and rising to Senior FHA Underwriter, achieving MAP licenses. The career began as an Appraisal Associate at CBRE from August 2006 to June 2008. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law, earned from 2012 to 2015, and a degree from Skidmore College.
