Information Risk Management (IRM) is the lead information risk management consultant at Arbusto. Prior to joining Arbusto, IRM worked as a multinational client segment intern at Mercer from May 2021 to August 2021. There, IRM collaborated with principals, partners, associates, and other analysts on multiple, simultaneous international benefits consulting projects in a client-facing, fast-paced office environment. Additionally, IRM worked with large teams of different backgrounds and areas of expertise to effectively communicate accurate data analytics to multiple clients with strict deadlines. Furthermore, IRM performed systematic marketplace, policy, and literature review and prepared PowerPoints and Excel spreadsheets to report findings. Finally, IRM research and analyzed insurance and benefits requirements and market practices (including recent news, legislation, notable competition, and financial trends) for international clients.
Before working at Mercer, IRM was a graduate assistant at St. John's University from August 2020 to December 2021. In this role, IRM was responsible for assisting students in the Peter J. Tobin College of Business with their academic and career planning needs. Additionally, IRM helped students develop and implement action plans to achieve their goals, as well as provided support and guidance throughout the process.
IRM began their professional career as a project designer at Cronin Engineering PE PC from April 2018 to August 2020. In this role, IRM was responsible for designing projects for both private and public sector clients. Additionally, IRM managed the construction administration process from start to finish, as well as coordinated with other designers, engineers, and consultants on various projects.
The educational career for Information Risk Management would include a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from St. John's University, a Master of Arts in Art Information'story from Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Art Information'story (Honors) from the University at Albany, SUNY.
