Emily Small

Emily Small is a recent graduate of the University of New Brunswick Saint John earning a business degree with a major in Human Resource Management. Emily also attended Université Sainte-Anne and received a French diploma and is currently taking a Civil Communications course with the World Institute of Nuclear Security.

Emily’s passion for helping people began while teaching swimming lessons and lifeguarding at the Canada Games Aquatic Center for 9 years. Then she spent 3 years at NB Power as a student with the security department and her last year as a human resource officer. After a short while at Saint John Energy as a Customer Service Representative, she joined ARC Canada.

Born and raised in a small fishing community outside of Saint John New Brunswick, Emily is excited to build a meaningful career, while still staying close to home. As Human Resources Generalist, Emily is proud to support ARC Canada employees in achieving their career goals while assisting in the growth of the organization.
