Roddy Phillips

Roddy Phillips has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Roddy served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Arc Services, a veteran-owned company, from November 2020 to present, and from April 2010 to November 2020, respectively. Additionally, they held the position of President at Arc Union Services, Inc. and Arc Energy Services, Inc., both veteran-owned companies, from January 2013 to November 2020 and April 2010 to November 2020, respectively.

Before their tenure at Arc Services, Roddy worked at Westinghouse Electric Company/Aggressive Equipment from November 2007 to August 2009 as a Product Line Manager. In this role, they acted as a liaison between customers and engineering/manufacturing departments, oversaw the development of custom tools and attachments, and conducted customer training programs.

Prior to that, Roddy worked at Carolina Energy Solutions from April 2003 to November 2007 as a Project Manager and as a Shop and Field Machinist/Machining Supervisor from September 1999 to April 2003. In these positions, they operated manual and CNC shop machining equipment, operated field machining equipment on projects, and designed and modified field machining equipment based on project needs.

In 2001, Roddy Phillips completed AWS/CWI training but did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
