Cathie Holmgaard

Cathie Holmgaard, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Cathie currently holds the position of Sr. Director, People Operations at Arcadia, where they have been since July 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Manager at Arcadia from November 2013 to July 2020. Cathie also has experience as an HR Manager at The Connection Contact Center from July 2011 to November 2013. In addition, Cathie has worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Staff Management, Inc. from July 2008 to January 2010, where they provided HR administration and services to various clients. Cathie also served as a Part Time Adjunct Instructor at Rock Valley College from January 2008 onwards, and completed a MBA program at Rockford College from 2010 to 2013. Cathie began their career as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Wesley Willows Corporation from July 1999 to July 2008, where they were responsible for all HR functions and activities.

Cathie Holmgaard, SPHR, holds an MBA in Business Administration with an HR Emphasis from Rockford University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Cathie also obtained a BS in Management Sciences from the same university, from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Cathie Holmgaard has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management in 2005.
