Erika Barker

Erika Barker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and event management. Since November 2021, Erika has held the position of Onboarding Manager in Operations at Arcadia, after serving as a Senior Associate in Sales Operations and Senior Operations Coordinator. Prior to Arcadia, Erika worked at iSolar as a Senior Operations Coordinator and Operations Coordinator from July 2020 to November 2021. Erika's earlier experience includes roles at Yours Truly Cupcake, where responsibilities included Operations and Events Manager and Weddings + Events Manager, as well as an internship in Group Sales and Special Events at Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park in early 2017. Erika began a career in retail management as an Assistant Manager at Pacific Sunwear between August 2015 and September 2016. Erika holds an Associate's Degree in Science from Emily Griffith Technical College and an Associate's Degree from Mid-Plains Community College, and graduated with a High School Diploma in Science, Engineering, and Technology from Junction City High School.
