Erika Mansson

Erika Mansson is the VP of People at Arcadia. Prior to joining Arcadia, they were the Director of HR at Tapestry from May 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Director of HR at Hometeam from February 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they were an HR Professional at KKR from April 2015 to February 2016. Mansson started their career as a Program Manager for the Global Markets Graduate Development Program at Barclays Investment Bank from June 2013 to April 2015. Erika also worked as a Research Coordinator at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta from May 2012 to April 2013 and as a Research Interviewer at Emory University from June 2011 to May 2013.

Erika Mansson completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Yale University.
