Fernando Martin started their career in 2010 as a Sales Consultant at Verizon Wireless Communications. Fernando then joined the United States Air Force Reserves in 2009 and served as an Aerospace Maintenance technician until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Flight Engineer in the Air Force Reserves. In 2018, they transitioned to Arcadia, where they held various positions, including Member Experience Associate, Member Experience Representative, Senior Member Experience Representative, Team Lead, Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually Director of Customer Experience.
Fernando Martin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Public Policy at the University of Baltimore from 2016 to 2017.
