Before joining Opower, Mr. Caperton worked at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Mr. Caperton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Richard'story from Williams College and a Master of Arts in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Richard W. Caperton received their MBA in International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and their B.A. in Politics from Pomona College.
