Nicole Kibble

Nicole Kibble's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a volunteer at the Wisconsin Children's Trust Fund, conducting research on child maltreatment prevention. Nicole then worked as a consultant at the Center for Problem-Oriented Policing, evaluating a grant program's effectiveness in reducing violence and drug use. In 2009, they joined Epic as an Implementation Services/Project Manager and later became a Team Leader/Manager, leading implementation projects for various healthcare organizations. In 2015, Nicole joined WEA Trust as a Senior Project Manager and later became Director of PMO, leading the agile transformation and achieving cost savings. Nicole held the same role at NeuGen, where they also led successful agile initiatives. Currently, since 2022, they are working at Arcadia, first as Program Director, Operations, and then as Senior Director, Business Delivery Optimization. In 2023, they will assume the role of VP of Revenue Operations.

Nicole Kibble has a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Relations and Policy, with a minor in French, at Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Nicole has also obtained several certifications, including PSM (Scrum.org) in 2019, PMP (Project Management Institute) in 2016, and Dale Carnegie Leadership Skills for Success in 2013.
