Walter Czarnecki

Walter Czarnecki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership and business development, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Arcadium Lithium since 2024. Prior to this role, Czarnecki held the same position at Livent from 2020 to January 2024, focusing on high-performance lithium materials for electric vehicles. Additional leadership positions include President & CEO of OmniMetrix, Vice President of Business Development at Acorn Energy, and Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Ener1, Inc. Czarnecki's career also includes experience in corporate development at Gamesa and investments at China Renaissance Partners. Educated at The Wharton School with a Joint MBA/MA in Finance and East Asian Studies, Walter Czarnecki has a robust foundation in economics and business, complemented by a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University.
