Randy Palombi

Randy Palombi has over 33 years of work experience in the energy and utility industry. Randy began their career in 1987 as a Sales Manager for Sempra Utilities, where they held various management positions in sales, marketing, business development, and customer services. In 1997, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting - Energy Practice as a Director, where they were responsible for leading management consulting engagements and project management functions for IOU and municipal utilities. Randy then moved to eLoyalty in 2000 as a Vice President, guiding companies' Sales Optimization consulting practice and serving as the Energy & Utility industry SME. In 2004, they joined APX, Inc. as Managing Director - Client Services, where they were responsible for overseeing customer-facing functions for all products across North American markets. Randy then moved to CPower Energy Management in 2008 as Vice President and General Manager, where they were responsible for leading the demand response business unit for the western US and the utility sales organization across North America. In 2010, they joined Constellation Energy as Vice President, where they were responsible for leading the demand response business unit for the western US. In 2014, they joined Stem, Inc. as Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for building and leading Stem's North American sales organization. In 2019, they joined Tritium Pty Ltd as Vice President of Sales, Americas, where they led the sales organization accountable for selling their OEM DC fast charge equipment throughout the Americas. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Veloce Energy, Inc. as Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder, where they oversee all commercial functions including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Policy, and Sales Operations.

Randy Palombi has an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
