Dee Willmott

Dee joined Archant as Group HR Director in January 2011. At the beginning of 2013 her role expanded to include Learning and Development.

After graduating from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in Business Studies she joined ICI and started her HR career in 1987. She joined General Electric in 1994 and during her time with them she held a variety of senior business HR roles. Latterly she was European HR Director for a component of GE Capital.

Dee moved to Norfolk in 2003 and set up her own HR consultancy focusing on Leadership Development, Executive coaching to a variety of companies in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Media and Private equity sectors.

Dee is also a qualified Executive and Life Coach with the International Federation of Coaching.
