Joel Dsilva

Joel DSilva currently serves as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs for Animal & Pet Nutrition at ADM, leading a team of over 50 professionals and providing strategic regulatory counsel to the organization's leadership. Prior to this role, Joel was the Head of Regulatory Affairs for EMEA at Griffith Foods and the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Darling Ingredients, where responsibilities included oversight of regulatory matters in food, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals. Joel has significant experience in the regulatory landscape, having worked with the European Association of Chemical Distributors and EXCiPACT asbl. An academic background includes advanced degrees in law and business management from prestigious institutions such as Yale, Warwick, and Oxford.
