Pramod Sharma

Pramod Sharma is an experienced Technology Delivery Lead at ADM since January 2021, where responsibilities include implementing the 1ADM methodology for large-scale release and business transformation projects. Prior experience at Accenture (2003-2020) includes roles such as Technical Cutover Lead and Service Introduction Lead, focusing on S/4 HANA rollout strategies, command center orchestration, and communication plans. Additionally, Pramod managed AMS delivery and facilitated Oracle Cloud migration while leveraging Agile methodologies to improve operational efficiencies. Pramod also held various technical roles that contributed to stabilizing services and managing global transformations. An alumnus of the University of Mumbai (1992-1996), Pramod possesses a strong background in technology management and project leadership.
