Adrial Kirchen

Adrial Kirchen, MBA, is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Engineer at Archer since July 2024, Adrial focuses on developing next-generation aircraft. Previously, as Principal Engineer at Overair, Adrial led the integration of complex systems into aircraft nacelles and conducted trade studies for optimization. At JAKTOOL from 2015 to 2023, Adrial held the roles of Technology Director and Engineering Manager, achieving significant revenue growth and overseeing major projects, including an electronic impact energy measurement system for the US Government. Adrial's earlier roles included Engineering Lead and Senior Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft, where leadership in multidisciplinary teams resulted in accelerated project timelines. Adrial's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
