Jeanine Fields has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Jeanine started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer and worked there from 2006 to 2008. Jeanine then joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and held various roles including Powertrain Quality and Reliability Engineer, Lead Quality and Reliability Engineer, Global Powertrain Purchasing Project Manager, and Tooling Analysis Group Supervisor. Jeanine worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2011 to 2020. After that, they worked at Stellantis as a Purchasing Manager for Chassis and later as a Buyer for Ignition Components from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Archer as a Sourcing Lead for Battery Cells & Electromagnetics.
