Tari Gilliam

Tari Gilliam, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Tari has held various managerial positions in different industries, including manufacturing, aerospace, and nuclear fuel.

Tari'smost recent role was as Head of HR Manufacturing at Archer, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Triumph Group from January 2022 to February 2023.

Tari also had significant roles at Parker Aerospace, where they served as Division Human Resources Manager, Site Human Resources Manager, and Sr HR Business Partner - Operations from 2017 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, Tari held positions such as Corporate HR Manager at Dal-Tile Corporation and Human Resources Manager and Sr. HR Business Partner at AREVA NP. Tari also worked as a Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Sierra Lobo Inc and as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Washington Division of URS Corporation.

Tari began their HR career as a Human Resources Assistant at Welch's and Malco Products, where they gained experience in various HR activities, including recruitment and employee relations.

Tari Gilliam, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from The University of Akron, where they graduated in 2000. Tari also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management/Human Resources from The University of Akron in 1998. In addition to their educational background, they have also achieved the SHRM - SCP certification.
