Jorge J. Capurro

Jorge J. Capurro has a diverse work experience in engineering roles, starting as a Mechanical Engineer Co-op at Unisys in 2002. Jorge J. progressed to roles such as Project Engineer Co-op at Rohm and Haas and Siemens A/S Turbomachinery Solutions. Jorge then transitioned to R&D roles at Johnson & Johnson, working on innovative medical devices for the Diabetes Care Franchise. Jorge J. later continued their career at Shire as a Device Development Technical Lead, and at Takeda as the Device Development Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Archimedic, where they oversee engineering projects in the medical field. Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated leadership skills in product development, team management, and strategic planning.

Jorge J. Capurro holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Drexel University, as well as a Master of Science in the same field from the same institution. Furthermore, they pursued executive education in The Leadership Edge at Wharton Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained a certification in FPX (Flawless Project Execution) from Johnson & Johnson in 2016.
