Josh Fallon

Josh Fallon has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Josh worked as the Head of Design at Archipelago starting from January 2023. Prior to this role, Josh worked at Surefront as the Director of UX/UI from February 2020 to January 2023. At Surefront, they managed and contributed to researching, documenting, and designing core platform features and maintaining the design system.

Before joining Surefront, Josh held various roles at CoStar Group, starting as a UI Designer in April 2012 and later becoming a Design Manager. As a Senior Design Manager, they managed a team working on major brands and initiatives within the organization. Josh's responsibilities included web, iOS, and Android projects for CoStar, LoopNet, Apartments.com, Showcase.com, and Cityfeet. Josh held this role from March 2017 to December 2019.

Prior to CoStar Group, Josh worked at LoopNet, assuming lead responsibilities as the design team and the company grew. Josh also led UI efforts on acquired organizations such as Bizbuysell.com, Cityfeet.com, and LandandFarm. Josh started at LoopNet as a UI Designer in March 2004 and worked their way up to become a Design Manager before leaving in April 2012.

Josh Fallon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Chapman University.
