Marselen Spencer

Marselen Spencer is currently the Head of Growth at Archipelago, an AI technology and data analytics company revolutionizing commercial property risk data management. Previously, Marselen held roles as Vice President of Sales at Predata, a geopolitical landscape insights company, and as Vice President of Sales at Perseus, a global data center network provider. With a background in investment banking and management consulting, Marselen also founded Tharsis Advisors, providing guidance to early-stage companies. Currently, Marselen is also an Executive Member at Pavilion, a private membership organization for commercial growth operators.
