Kiara M. Fortson

Kiara M. Fortson, CDP, is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a proven track record across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at ArchKey Solutions since January 2024, Kiara has previously held key DEI leadership positions, including Director of DEI Project Implementation at Juneau Construction Company and Manager of DEI roles at TK Elevator and BlackRock. Kiara also contributed as a Consultant for Global Diversity & Inclusion at the National Diversity Council. Kiara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Georgia State University and additional training at Cornell University ILR School.
