Aimée Bailey

Aimée Bailey is a clinician and champion of quality healthcare that combines an understanding of both the complexities of the evolving healthcare system and the value of data-driven analytics. As Senior Director of Care Operations, Aimée utilizes her nursing background to provide strategic and operational leadership to Archway’s programs – including evaluation, development, and education.

Aimée is dedicated to practicing patient-centered care and has a diverse clinical background that spans 10 years across acute, managed, and Accountable Care Organizations. She has provided nursing care at hospitals nationally ranked among the top ten systems across a variety of specialties. Additionally, she is board certified in nursing case management.

Before she joined Archway, Aimée served as the Manager of Care Management at Evolent Health. There, she led care operations and performance improvement for a primary care (Model B) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and a transitional care program for Medicaid populations. Additionally, Aimée served at UnitedHealth Group as an inpatient care manager and senior engagement manager focused on cardiology, diabetes, and oncology markets. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University and holds Masters degrees in Nursing and Healthcare Administration.
