Misty McCain

Misty McCain has extensive experience in HR information systems, with a focus on implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms. Misty most recently served as the Director of HR Information Systems at ARCO, where they built and led a team to support the company's fast-paced growth. Prior to this, they held similar roles at Lutheran Senior Services and Bunzl Distribution NA, where they were responsible for managing and improving HRIS systems, facilitating process improvements, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Misty has also served in roles such as Senior HRIS Analyst, HRIS/Payroll Analyst, Documentation Specialist, and Payroll & Benefits Administrator, showcasing their diverse skillset in HR operations.

Misty McCain has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University. Misty also attended Clopton High School and Missouri State University, where they pursued General Studies.
