Lucas Sales

Lucas Sales has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lucas most recently served as Business Unit COO and Director at Arco Educação, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they were an Executive Manager at the same company from December 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Arco Educação, Lucas worked at EloGroup, where they held the position of Senior Manager from October 2018 to November 2020. During their time at EloGroup, they led consulting projects for global organizations, focusing on revenue growth, customer experience, efficiency improvement, and innovation. Lucas also managed teams and implemented cultural change programs. Lucas's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Director, Manager, and Senior Consultant at EloGroup, where they worked on various transformation projects for public and private institutions. Lucas was also an Executive Director at Helpcred and held leadership positions in organizations such as Brasil Júnior, FEJEMG, and UCJ - UFMG Consultoria Júnior. Lucas Sales obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2009. In 2012, they pursued a Graduate's degree in Business Management with an Emphasis in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral. Lucas also holds a certification as a Certified Business Process Professional from ABPMP Brasil.
