Priyanka Kulkarni

Priyanka Kulkarni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Priyanka most recently worked at Arcolab Private Limited as the Head of HR starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at DXC Technology, including HR Lead GIDC India- Modern Workplace & Europe from 2017 to 2021, and Human Capital Consultant from 2017 to 2021. Priyanka also worked as an HR Business Partner at Dell from 2014 to 2017, where they supported global and APJ deals. Before that, they were an HR Manager at IBM India Private Limited from 2011 to 2014 and an HR Business Advisor at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2011. Priyanka began their career as a Manager-HR at BIG Animation (I) Pvt. Ltd. from 2007 to 2008, where they led various projects related to organizational structure, automated PMS system, website design, and induction portal. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager-HR at Piramal Enterprises Limited from 2006 to 2008.

Priyanka Kulkarni has a diverse education history. Priyanka completed their Post-Graduate Programme in E at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2004 to 2006, specializing in Business and Human Resources. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a M.Sc in Psychology through distance learning at Annamalai University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai from 2000 to 2003. Priyanka'seducational journey started with a Diploma in Engineering in Computer Technology at Bhausaheb Vartak Polytechnic from 1997 to 2000. Priyanka completed their secondary education at John 23rd High School, specializing in Class 10, from 1984 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in HR, conflict management, personality development, persuasion, and negotiation from Udemy. Priyanka has also achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
